Initially starting out as an online service bakery, Hazel Cakes is now successfully running its outlet in Baneshwore, Kathmandu. The outlet has a clean environment with a factory inside and two rooms to accommodate the visiting customers. The future plan is to expand the brand of Hazel Cakes to outside of the valley as well.

CAKE MAKING
After the order is entered into the system, the baker gets notified and the baker takes notes of the cake specifications. After this, the cake base (sponge) is crafted and filled with mouth-watering flavors, fills, cream and chocolate chips as per the order specifications. Finally, the cake is finished off with icing/fondant design and is packed and dispatched for final inspection.

DELIVERY
The delivery team receives the cakes after final inspection and the delivery boy notes the delivery address and the customer information and the cake is delivered to your doorsteps right on time for the celebration.

FINAL INSPECTION
The final inspection team checks the order and make sure that the cake is made according to the specifications of the customer. If the cake is not prepared according to the order, then it is rejected and the baker is notified to prepare a new cake. After passing the final inspection, the cake is then handed to the delivery team for delivery.
